Refund policy
Fair to you, fair to a small kitchen.
Change or cancel any order free of charge up to Thursday 7:00pm AEST. After the cutoff we have already bought your ingredients, so orders can no longer be refunded.
If something arrives damaged, missing or not right, email us within 24 hours with a photo and we’ll refund or replace it.
